The Calendar Keepers can be picked up at our office or mailed out.   If you would like it mailed, the total cost would $18.00 to include the cost of postage.

If you are interested in attending one of our FREE seminars, “Taxes and Recordkeeping for the Home Day Care Provider”, please contact our office for information on upcoming workshops throughout the state of Florida.  Home day care providers may receive CEU credits for attendance.   Topics include basics of bookkeeping, deducting food costs and reporting food reimbursements, time-space percentage issues, understanding the allowable business deductions, and more.  If your child care group or organization is interested in hosting one of our workshops, you may give us a call.

Frederick Thacher, a Certified Public Accountant, has been presenting these workshops through the Early Learning Coalition, various licensing boards, and to other local day care groups in various counties since 1988. 

He also offers tax preparation for the home day care provider as well as daycare centers.  The cost for first-time home day care clients is very reasonable at $295.00.  Location is not an issue.  Our firm prepares returns for clients through the country.  His experience in tax preparation for your home based business will assist you in proper reporting and in maximizing your deductions.  His experience includes the unique laws and record keeping requirements of home day cares and he is a helpful source by providing guidance in documentation, deducting costs and other pertinent topics for the provider.
